Our relationship-focused approach does not exclude or prohibit individual therapy. Relationships are vital to human growth and security. Sometimes it is the relationship with yourself that needs to be attended to in therapy.

In the fast paced and distracting environment of our current culture, it can be harder than ever to hear your inner voice and gut instincts. Individual therapy is a great tool for tuning into yourself and gaining understanding of your context and discovering what changes need to occur in order to have a life with passion and energy.
 
We believe that the past informs the present moment just as much as future goals and desires. Therefore sessions are not spent on the past any more than future goals and aspirations.
 
You are your therapist will work together to create a plan for the frequency and duration of therapy based on your goals and the changes you would like to make.

After approximately 8 weekly sessions, you are able to create a biweekly or monthly rhythm that supports your growth and goals.

For individual therapy, the insurances we bill include Pacific Source, Moda, First Choice, Regence, and Out-of-Network.
